Why do I need a mobile website?

Do I need web design or coding experience to set up a mobile website?
No, you do not need any web design or coding experience at all. Once you have started our free trial you can begin using our user-friendly platform to create your mobile website.
You will also have access to our mobile coaches and help center to help create a successful mobile website.
How can my customers visit my mobile website?
Since we host the mobile site, we provide you with a mobile URL. You can customize the URL once your mobile site is created. You can also re-direct visitors to your mobile website using the auto-detect and redirect code that we provide.
How do I re-direct my mobile visitors to my mobile website?
You can redirect your mobile visitors by using our auto-detect and redirect code which is available on our platform located on our Promote Page. We provide the code – all you have to do is copy and paste the code.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, and invoicing for annual prepays. For other payment options please contact our billing department at accounts@mofuse.com.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, if for any reason you would like to cancel your subscription you can close your account by logging into your dashboard, clicking account settings and then billing settings.
My free trial is expiring, how do I become a subscribed customer?
At any time throughout your trial you can add a payment option to become a subscribed customer. To sign up, log into your account and select Add a Billing Source.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package at any time?
Yes, if for any reason you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription you can by logging into your dashboard, clicking account settings and then change your plan.

During your trial, one of our Mobile Coaches will reach out to assist you with questions regarding the MoFuse platform, mobile design services, our partner program, and all account related inquires.
I have a question about my account or mobile websites, who do I contact?
For questions about your account or mobile website you will have access to the knowledge base and email support in our help center. For clients requiring additional or on-going support, we will design a support package just for you.
